The highest-ranked student of the five who qualify for the national finals will receive a $500 scholarship to fund their trip to New Orleans for the annual AMA International Collegiate Conference in March. A pre-competition coaching clinic will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. also in Jabs 103 to help students prepare.

On Thursday, Oct. 10, a “Lunch and Learn” panel will take place featuring nonprofit organizations from around Bozeman. In addition to learning about the nonprofit industry, students attending will be given complimentary lunch. The event is 12:15-1:15 p.m. in Jabs Hall 207.

The final event of Marketing Week takes place on Friday, Oct. 11 and is the annual “Agency Crawl” in which students visit up to four marketing, advertising, and promotions agencies around Bozeman. This year, tours are planned at agencies such Perficient Digital (formerly Elixiter) and Tadpull. Interested students should meet in the Jabs Hall forum at 9:30 a.m. to carpool to the agencies. Lunch is provided.

“Marketing Week is a great way for students to get involved,” said Maddy Ouellette, Vice President of Programs for MSU’s award-winning AMA chapter. “They don’t even need to be marketing majors because there is truly something for everyone in Marketing Week.”
