In her current role, Kricia leverages her expertise to drive innovation in automating direct mail within digital marketing campaigns by focusing on educating customers and empowering the Customer Success team.
Beyond her corporate career, Kricia is the proud owner of BANG BANG, a small business based in Bozeman, MT specializing in handcrafted custom hats. With a blend of creativity, sales expertise, and customer-centric values, Kricia excels in marketing, customer success, and entrepreneurial ventures.
