With more than two decades of experience spanning iconic retail brands like REI and Nordstrom, and mission-focused organizations like Foundant Technologies, Teresa brings a unique blend of strategic acumen, empathy-driven leadership, and customer-centric thinking to every role she takes on.
Now serving as Vice President of People and Brand at Foundant Technologies, Teresa is responsible for fostering the internal culture and external brand of the organization. Teresa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a Minor in Geography from Montana State University, and received the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship 2022 Legacy Diversity Award.
